“I've suffered with rosacea for about 10 years had various creams prescribed by my GP which didn't really help so I started to use the Clinique redness solutions (face-wash, moisturiser, foundation) which did help for a while but the past year or so it didn't seem to do anything so I started using various products to see if they would help. I recently came back from Tenerife and the combination of the sun and sangria made my skin the worse it had ever been. I did some research on the internet and was surprised to read that even water on your face can trigger flare ups which explains why my face is so sore and red even after I shower. Kalme kept popping up and after reading the reviews I thought I'd give it a try. “I’m pleased that these products work so well for many people. I’ve had rosacea all my life and have struggled with severe symptoms at times. I’ve always used very mild moisturisers to deal with it but following 6 months of quite severe symptoms I decided to try Kalme. Unfortunately it just made things worse. I persevered for just over three weeks but my skin was erupting in spots, drier and more scaly than ever and became itchy and blistered in patches. I’ve reverted back to a different very mild moisturiser and my skin is much better. Please if anyone else has these symptoms after using Kalme, stop immediately. Don’t try for the full 3 weeks hoping it’ll start working.”
“My first experience with this range. When I first received the products my skin was very sore. Applying the day cream made my face sting. However, I persevered. Within a short time of using this full range I began to have very hot flushes throughout the day which I had not had before. I assumed the roseaca had worsened. Eventually I realised the creams were doing no good and went back to using a simple emollient cream. Certainly the roseaca did not improve using Kalme products. After discontinuing use the flushes diminished greatly (strange coincidence...?). So for me this was an expensive waste of money. The one product I quite like - and would recommend - is the concealer.”

“I love this, the concealer is my favourite. The best thing about it is your skin actually looks better when you get home from work rather than worse. I just put it on the red areas and it looks very natural. I don't use other make up. The day cream and night cream are both good and seem to reduce inflammation. I haven't used the cleanser much, I just feel cleaner using soap, so I've stuck to my lemongrass soap (about a fiver on amazon) but overall these products are fantastic. I have used these in conjunction with silver serum.”
