“I have developed red irritated rosacea skin within the last year. To add insult to injury I have also developed cystic acne & more run of the mill acne on my chin & upper lip area. It was only after developing some fine mild broken capillaries that I even considered I might have rosacea. After a bit of research I quickly realised I was treating my skin in all the wrong ways. I had visited my GP regarding the acne & was prescribed a liquid antibiotic zinc mixture to apply twice daily. This initially worked but I noticed as soon as I stopped using the liquid the acne would return. I did not want to become reliant on applying antibiotics & began to search for an alternative method. I initially came across an article about Silver Serum & made my way to the Skin Shop website. I have very delicate skin, prone to eczema, so have always been very careful with products used on my skin particularly my face. I ordered the Kalme starter kit plus the Silver Serum to try. I read all the FAQ's and was prepared not to see an initial difference & for my skin to possibly get worse. I was delighted to find that within 48 hours I could see a definite reduction in the redness & my skin had non of the stinging tight feeling that I would get with my old routine. This cleanser is perfect for my skin. I use it with bamboo washable pads rather than cotton wool pads. It instantly soothes my skin & it feels like it cleanses my skin thoroughly. I do double cleanse when I wear any make up due to having acne. I initially bought the starter kit but I have found the night moisturizer is too heavy for me & seemed to exacerbate my blocked pores. Perhaps as my skin heels & balances out further I may be able to use this one. I am 6 weeks in & through a combination of Kalme Cleanser, Silver Serum, Kalme Undercoat and Sebopure, only on a night, my skin finally seems more in balance, redness is reduced, skin texture is great. After adding in the Sebopure my acne has improved massively. So so pleased I found this range. I can not say enough great things about your products!”
