“After trying many other products, and on a friends recommendation I tried this product. The improvement was almost immediate, the yellow head pimples that regulary appeared together with the acute redness have almost gone. I dont consider this an expensive product when compared th other brands, and yes it is somewhat griitty but is soon absorbed and leaves my skin richly moisturised”

I found the email that was sent to me recently about how to get the best out of the cream really useful - now I know the little white beads are supposed to be there and most do smooth into the skin on use. This is only a little cross to bear considering the plus points of using the Day Defence Cream. The tube may seem pricey but it lasts me 4-6 months so really good value for money.
I am looking forward to the new formula but am also hoping it doesnt sent my skin too greasy if the finish is to be more in tune with a beauty cream.”
“I have been diagnosed with rosacea three years ago and I thought my life is over (literally). I must have spent hundreds of pounds on other products to try to control my rosacea but none of them really worked. The closest product which calmed my skin a bit was Bioderma cream. Since using KALME for past 4 weeks it has made such a difference to my skin & I now feel more confident and happy! I can't fault it, my skin is so much better . I've ordered some more however, I'm very displeased with the customer service! I've recently ordered 3 KALME creams as I was running out of the first one…I had no communication (emails) for almost 5 days! So rang the customer service and was advised that they will be available from 14th August!!!!! I wasn't aware of it when I initially ordered them! Now they have put on the website ‘’pre-order’’ and ‘’available from 14th August’’ it wasn't there when I have placed my order on 12th July!!!! I have had no apology or call back from manager as requested! NOTHING..... Oh since then I have ordered KALME night cream (as i don't have day cream!) over the phone and since it was over the phone they didn't credit me with any points……sadly……….”
“This is my second order of this cream, after using for three months I can't fault it, my skin is sooooo much better, everything else failed before this, I'm just hoping that the change they are making to this cream doesn't alter how it works, as its the god send I needed.”
“This review is for the former product, Kalme Day Defence SPF25. Since being diagnosed with rosacea, most of the products I have tried have burned or stung, this does not irritate at all and my face stays calm all day long, with less flushing. The texture of the cream has been a bit disappointing, it's a bit of an effort to shake, mix in palm of hand etc to apply, so I am really excited to hear about the new improved formula, especially with the higher SPF of 30, and look forward to trying it soon.”
