“I have had dry red skin above my eye for a few months, probably due to the menopause. At times it would be a little flakey. Recently below the eye also went a bit red. However for the ladies I might add that undereye makeup doesn't blend in very well on top of the gel- I now only use a very small dab of undereye concealer on top of the gel.
