“Bought this regularly since it was launched and continue to be delighted with it, BUT - now giving a lower rating as despite all the feedback the packaging is still as problematic as ever. Tired of nothing appearing for ages and then losing it down the sink! Will be happy to order again once this is resolved as I still think the product itself is great.”
