I have to say I was skeptical when I saw Kalme nothing has worked, prescription or over the counter.
AMAZING ! Kalme has actually calmed my skin taking away the red bloom,it is reducing my nasty red spots (only been using it for 7 days) and i have had no episodes of a bright red face with the accompanied hateful burning sensation. I cant thank Kalme enough I actually let my Daughter take a Mum and Daughter selfie a first. Ive now ordered the night cream, I know I will still suffer with roscea but the relief and confidence that it has given me are fantastic . Thank you”
“I have used my friends day moisturiser SPF25 which has worked really well for me! As it is unavailable I am tempted to purchase this product as it said to be the same formula! The day moisturiser is an excellent product for reducing redness and keeping you from sun burn/irritation!”
“I have been a user of day defence for a while and was excited to try the new formula. Unfortunately although smoother and easier to apply the cream after using it for 3 weeks now has clogged my pores and does not appear to reduce the redness as well as the old formula so I will have too return my order, which is a shame”

The cream is thick in consistency so a small amount will do.

I won't harp on about it as Skin Shop and particularly Rory are brilliant to deal with.
The new version has done nothing for my redness and Rosacea, which basically is why I bought it!
I'm desperate for Skin Shop to re-introduce the Old Style and it's all that helps and controls my Rosacea.
As I said before the Skin Shop people are great to deal with so it's a shame it doesn't work for me.

“I recently received this in my latest order of the basic kit and was not impressed with it at all! On my first use of it I applied normal pressure on the tube and a great torrent of lotion poured out into my hand. I have been trying each day since to just get a small amount out for use on my face only. It's so thin and runny that I've found it virtually impossible to control the flow and am having to use it up on arms and hands etc just to use it somewhere. I've even tried getting a small amount out by holding the tube with the opening facing up but it still comes rushing out. I gave it a shake to see if it needed mixing up in the tube but that didn't do any good. I could hear it sloshing about inside. If this is supposed to be a cream the one I got is a disaster and is definitely a very runny lotion. Also I've found that after I've applied it my face goes very red and shiny and looks like it's got an oil slick on it. In fairness it does get absorbed and the redness does fade after a while but I don't feel that this is right at all. It may well work the same as the excellent old Day Defence cream but it's definitely pretty ghastly to use. Also it's too expensive to waste like this. Sorry but not for me in the future.”
