I am glad the 'bits' have disappeared too and they seemed to be increasing and they were really starting to annoy me. I am also happy that the SPF has been increased to 30 - great for the wrinkles! “I bought this thinking there was a chance for me to get rid of the redness in my cheeks NOPE! Since I tried this for a week my face has more redness than ever! So I stopped and my cheeks are more flushed and have a burning sensation and there is an outline of where I put the cream on my cheeks! Now I would prefer the redness I had than deal with what I have now! I hope this goes away!”

“Bought the new formula, reserving judgment for full benefit, so will revert back and follow up. So far, the cream itself is much more moisture based so actually feels like a good quality moisturiser - much thicker, so of course less needed. Have been using for around a week, (still have a little bit of the old formula left - just in case!) - face has been experiencing a little bit of cheek flushing which I did not experience with the old formula, not sure whether this is just to be expected, but again will reserve judgment. I would rather have the old formula back if my face is going to keep flushing, as this definitely did not happen with the old formula. On the plus side, face seems softer and more nourished - but again I could let this part go, as my main priority is to stop the redness, and can always make do with a non perfume lotion for moisturising purposes - interested to see what everyone else is thinking !!!”
“Having used Kalme products for years will amazing results I am so disappointed with this.
after applying the cream my eyes were stinging and running down my face all morning at work.
Same the second day. I have phone about this and they are looking into it. It is also very runny and you get far too much on your hand.
Customer services were amazing and talking to me about this and are giving me a refund and replacement product once it is out.
Hate to give bad review because I could not live without the Kalme range.”
“I'm dissapointed with this cream, it seems not to be working the same for me as the old Kalme day cream which I loved. My face has has a few breakouts of spots (papules and pustules) and is looking slightly redder than what it was with using the old cream, I'm really frightened that this cream is not going to work in the same way as it was the only thing that worked for me and my Rosacea, there should be an option of buying the old one or the new one?”
“I've been using this range for ages and was so pleased to find something that worked for my rosacea. Now been using the new formula day cream for about 4 or 5 days, and my face has gone bright red blotchy and hot. I've not changed anything else so I can only put it down to something in the new formula. Contacted phone line and old formula no longer available. Back to the drawing board for me.”
