I have fibromyalgia and I rub this cream all over twice a day and also before I go to bed for my legs which helps me have a good sleep without agony, twitchings and spasms.
Takes a few days to kick in but I felt a big relief after applying twice in one day.
Recommend to buy the biggest bottle has the other two doesn't go that far.

Put a small blob of the cream directly onto the most painful area of my knee then gently spread it out from the centre. The silky cream smooths in easily and leaves no greasy feel at all.
