“It's tough to know whether i will like this or not, because despite it saying it's in stock for next day delivery, nearly two weeks later it's not here! And the only comms i have had is "please write a review". Topugh to review something that hasn't arrived.”

Hi Ian When you made the purchase online the delivery time shown was 1-2 weeks. This was due to the tap stock being delayed. This is shown before the order is completed so customers are aware of the delivery times. I'm sorry that you missed this information and thought the order would arrive sooner.

“Sink arrived and plumber tried to fit but a part was incorrect so I rang them and they despatched the correct part immediately. Once received plumber fitted sink and I have used it once so far. Very pleased, just what I needed to bath my cockapoo.”

“We have not installed the sink yet but it looks to be as seen on website. First impressions are that the quality is as you would expect. (A good product) Ordering was straight forward and was delivered on time with no issues.”
