“Definitely do not purchase from this company. They are pretending not to have staff so you cannot phone them. I needed to return the taps, and eventually managed to get a return authorization. We dutifully returned the goods, paying Insurance as recommended, on the 10th. The taps were delivered to their address, and since then we have had no refund, no acknowledgement to emails. This is now 3 weeks.”
