Was the website information on the product clear and accurate in relation to the product you have actually received

“We had problems with the water pressure and it not been defused very well as it left the tap causing it to spray out of the sink. I searched the internet to find out if there was a fix and found out there is a massive design floor in the way the tap holds together with 2 grub screws, when the grub screws fail it will blow the tap off and fill the room with mains water pressure. Bristan knows about the design floor and these taps should be recalled and not be for sale”
