“Bought a sink and tap from here, the sink came without a drainer basket, tap hole stop, the waste/trap set up didn’t join up to standard waste pipe, the tails didn’t fit into the tap. Apart from all that it was ok. I complained several times and eventually the basket and tap stop arrived, 5 months later!! Email responses just said they were contacting the manufacturers and the usual excuse now of blaming COVID, isn’t that the norm now! I wouldn’t purchase from them again, shame really as they have a good selection of stock, next time I’ll stick to my local supplier where I can talk face to face, and get a quicker response.”
