“The Abode ProDuo tap looks stylish but we have not had a good experience. A small but vital component was missing from the box, and when installed, the flow of hot water was intermittent and very slow. We have been in touch with the maker of the boiler and ascertained that it is working correctly, and now wait for support from the tap manufacturer, who are being helpful. It is however disappointing that having waited so long to have it installed (due to lockdown), we are now having to wait for weeks more to get the hot tap working properly. I hope that it will be resolved without too much more time passing.”
