“Absolutely beautiful tap. The nickel colour is stunning, and the hot water tap function is absolutely perfect for all of our tea and coffee needs. The shipping was delayed past the initial 4-5 month estimate which caused us to have to hire a separate plumber to install it almost 2 months after our kitchen was finished. I understand this was an issue from Perrin and Rowe, but I did feel that sinks-taps knew that could happen, and should be more honest and realistic about lead times. But ultimately, it’s an absolutely fantastic product and worth the wait.”

Hi Katherine Thank you for your 5 Star Review. Although we are one of the largest stock holders of Perrin and Rowe products, the product range is so vast that many models are advertised on our website as an average of 4-5 months (including the model you ordered). You called in May for an update on your order. Richard in our Sales team advised that the anticipated production completion at Perrin and Rowe was Mid-End of July. Lucy in our Customer Service team emailed you three times through the early part of July with regular updates. The product was ultimately delivered before the end of July as advised back in May. Whilst I appreciate the wait can be frustrating, I feel we did communicate the information regularly and accurately.
