“Absolutely nothing wrong with the sink but I was unaware of all the conditions of delivery when I ordered it. The email said the product would be delivered on a pallet to "roadside, driveway or garage" and said I had to remove the contents from the pallet. I think this sort of information should be obvious at point of purchase. I could not possibly remove a sink from a pallet. It also made clear I had to unpack and examine it before signing for it. This is not unreasonable, but again I am not physically capable of so doing.”

We would always ask that if you have any special requirements (such as not being physically capable of checking a ceramic sink on delivery) that you call us to make specific requirements. We are totally unaware of any special requirements if you place an order online without speaking to a member of our sales team first or putting this information in the delivery requirements box. We do specifically detail the type of delivery service used for large ceramic sinks on our website both in our terms and conditions (which you clicked to say you had read and accepted) as well as a page on the website titled 'delivery methods'.
