“Exactly what I was looking for to replace its 15year old predecessor. Looks smart and has 'nozzle mixing' so the imbalance of feed pressures (Cold = rising main; Hot = house header tank) is unimportant. SO all systems go. BUT the rate of flow from the hot connection is inadequate. Apparently the tap was designed for a pressurised system. So less than full marks - I can find no such information on the website/technical info”

Hi Alastair I'm sorry you missed the information on the website. I have checked the product page and it does clearly show in the bullet points that this tap requires a high pressure system with a minimum of 0.5bar. It also has a flow chart which shows exactly what flow of water you would get at different levels of pressure. It is difficult to sometimes understand these technical specifications if you are not a qualified plumber. This is one of the reasons why we still have a phone line available to speak to an experienced member of our technical team, before purchasing. In the circumstances I would like to say a massive thank you for taking the time to leave a review/feedback and I am sorry that it wasn't 100% positive for you.
