“I ordered the water filter on march 10th, there was a 5 day delivery wait. it is now over a month later. I tried to email the company but the message bounced back.”

Dear Malachy The product was showing on a manufacturers 4-6+ week delay due to major production delays due to Covid related issues. The email you were sending to was incorrect and the reason why it bounced back. However, one of our team contacted you, explained the issue and provided a full refund. We apologise if the production delay at Abode caused some inconvenience and we hope to have the filters back in stock soon.
