“I have recently purchased a Reginox Amanzi 3 in 1 Instant Hot Water Tap. It arrived incredibly quickly- within 2 days of ordering. It was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I was able to book my plumber to install it and he found the process quite simple and straightforward. The tap is easy to operate and a great improvement on the previous tap. I had to wait a bit longer for our electrician to come and connect the power, but once done, the apparatus works perfectly and i am delighted with it.”

“There seem to be many suppliers of this product lately with a big range in price. I was reticent about buying a comparatively cheap one until I came across this one branded Reginox. The tap looks very similar to various other lesser known brands at slightly less and also very much higher prices but the name Reginox gave me confidence to give it a go. I installed it quickly and easily in a new sink, before fitting into the worktop, but think with the multiple pipework and large nut to tighten, this could be much more tricky and time consuming in a tight place. The tank manufacturer, who is obviously not Reginox, make a big play on registering it before use, and even more so that the filter must be changed every six months to maintain the warranty, however looking in their shop they do not appear to sell spare ones. When I searched on line, I was horrified that the only genuine one I could find was £130!!!!!!! Other brands appear to be in the £30 range but no idea if the tank manufacturer would accept any brand or use it as a reason to not accept a warranty claim. Anyhow after a couple of weeks use, I decided to search again and eventually found one at Plumbworld at £34, so snapped up a couple quick. Whether I was just unlucky finding the other one or lucky finding these I don't know but at least I am covered for the next 18 months. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this particular one, not just for an instant hot drink, but also for washing up, rather than having to waste litres of cold water before any hot gets to the sink.”

“Tap installed by plumber and working just fine. Looks nice in brushed nickel finish and not too large. The normal tap side could have a longer lever to make it easier for fine adjustment. Plumbers feedback on installation: Lightweight clip for fitting silicon hose to boiler unit too small. Very difficult to get on without damaging pipe end and getting a secure fitting. A Jubilee clip may be a better option. And he also struggled to work out the order of connections on the base of the tap until he found the separate sheet showing it! Look out for that as its not covered in the main installation booklet.”
