“The item looks lovely in the photos however mine came damaged. When approaching sink taps they indicated that they would do anything about it as I didn’t check it straight away. Poor service.”

Hi Anthony I'm afraid that you had the sink delivered for almost 1 month and then reported the sink corner was bent. Unfortunately all damages for products like this, have to be reported, ideally within 2-3 days so we can claim with the courier for damage in transit (as all products are checked before dispatch). We appreciate its not an ideal situation but we do highlight all products must be checked within a reasonable time frame otherwise a claim or replacement is impossible.
