“I bought this as a temporary fix between moving into new house and starting an extension next Spring. As such it was perfect i.e. not expensive and does the job. The steel gauge is thin and so there is a wobble for the tap fixing, it probably is a good idea to go for a thicker gauge of steel if the sink was to be used for many years.”

Thank you for feedback on the Turin sink. The issue with almost all stainless steel sinks is that modern kitchen taps of good quality are very heavy. They are also very top heavy and therefore make the sink flex. Especially when you consider the thickness of stainless sinks vary by less than half a millimetre!!! We would always recommend fitting a tap brace to all stainless steel sinks, no matter what the thickness or quality.
