“I’m really disappointed. I ordered and paid for this tap weeks ago and heard nothing. I chased it up and was told there was no stock and was offered a replacement over a week ago to which I agreed and then have heard nothing since! No tap, no correspondence so I now want my money back”

Hi Susan I'm really sorry for the delay. We had an issue with stock on the tap you ordered and so the dispatch was delayed more than expected. It was sent by DPD on an upgraded DPD service and we can only apologise for the inconvenience this delay caused you.
