“Ordered an Abode Opulence Deck Mounted 3 hole basin online, and set delivery date for the following Monday. was called to say they had none in stock and it wouldn't be with me till the 19th Dec. Then this Monday 9th December it arrived, and my plumber attempted to fit on Tuesday, only to find that the washer and nut on the spout were missing. I had to drive out and source said item from a local plumbing merchants, on my plumbers time. They don't seem to know their arse from their elbows. Not happy. Only giving them an acceptable as I bought from them previously without problems.”
