I purchased a fairly expensive butler sink from this company then paid another 80 odd pounds to have it delivered. I had to chase them for nearly 2 months to receive the item and unless I instigated the enquiry there was no forthcoming information from their end. I finally received the sink 2 months later (granted covid was in place but they were still operating) to find it was so damaged it was unusable. It was also sent to the wrong address. Thus followed another chasing month and a half of requesting either a replacement or reimbursement. To cut a long story short, I received neither from this company and was made to feel it was my fault. They offered that i pay to return the item to them (another 80 odd pounds ontop of the 300 already forked out) and they would reimburse me, knowing full well that said sink had been disposed of as I had informed them of this, as was not usable. In full, would not recommend them again and was a fiasco from beginning to end!

Michelle. We offered to refund the full amount you paid if you returned the damaged sink to us. We did not know that you had disposed of the sink! Why would you do this? I appreciate the delivery company would not accept a claim as the sink was signed for BUT we did offer to refund in full. I'm not sure in the circumstances we could have done more. We certainly did not give any instruction to dispose of the sink. In fact, we had appealed the decision made by the courier company in France that you had accepted a product in perfect condition and were attempting to find a solution.
