The tap is exactly the design we wanted with a pull out spray feature. The plumber was impressed with the quality and design build. HOWEVER, my only criticism would be the retaining element of the pull out spray. Initially it didn't sit straight or 'flush' with the 'fixed' section of the tap. In short, it 'sagged' or 'dipped' down from the horizontal. We decided to take out the very flat 'O' ring supplied and replace it with a proper rubber one which allowed the section to 'grip' back into the fixed section. It's such a simple measure but the original look was unacceptable

Difficult to get too excited over a kitchen tap but I'm impressed with this. It makes a statement without being OTT and the pull out spray section is ideal for directing the water exactly where needed. Unfortunately our hot water pressure is quite low and the fact that the tap incorporates small bore flexible pipes means that the hot water flow is not great, but we're used to that. Love the effect of the aerator. The only other thing I would mention is that, as supplied, the base section (that feeds through the worktop) was not long enough for our 40mm oak worktop and I had to use the shorter collar from the old tap to overcome this problem. I think perhaps the manufacturer should specify the maximum worktop thickness in their description.

The pull out spray soon slips out of its slot which is very disappointing.

The most common cause for this is that the weight under the tap has not been positioned/fixed correctly when the tap has been fitted. If you reposition this, it should resolve the problem. If you have any problems, please contact a member of our technical team on 01759 307262.

Looks great and appears to be well made. Also well priced. Not yet fitted hence 4 stars not 5.
