“I appreciate there are problems with COVID and so there are delays in getting issues looked into but it has been nearly 9 months now with several emails and chats and I feel I am just being ignored. Disappointed. Any response would be good.”

Hi Rachel. I'm really sorry, you should have been contacted by Caple Service. I have emailed them now and asked for them to look into this as a matter of urgency. Under normal circumstances, they are very good and quick to respond. I can only apologise for the inconvenience and time taken to resolve.
