Hi Many thanks for the product review and great to see you Rated it 4 out of 5! Many manufacturers are now providing sinks in minimal packaging. However, as part of our service we have over the last 15 years double boxed all items and added lots of additional protection. We would never send a sink out in just its original packaging. Many of our competitors do and thats why they suffer so many damages in transit. Our methods and process in double boxing products ensures the customer receives their products in perfect condition, just like you did. Many thanks for the order and taking time to rate the product!
