“I placed my order for this item in June 2021 and on the order page it stated that it would take between 10-12 weeks to receive. I thought, no problem, my kitchen remodel is getting done in September, so the timing will work well. By the 10 week mark, I phoned the company I bought this through and was told that due to a back-log and Perrin & Rowe being off for the summer in August, the wait would be closer to 15 weeks. I found this unacceptable considering my order had been placed so long ago. My kitchen renovation was just about finished and I rang the shop again, around the 13 week mark and they said that my order was due on their shipment that week. The end of the week came and I didn't hear anything. I phoned again and was told that Perrin & Rowe sent my order, but they manufactured THE WRONG ITEM for me! 14 weeks waiting on this item and it was wrong. My options were to either wait a further 15 weeks for the correct item to be made or just get a refund. Considering my kitchen was almost done at that point and I wasn't going to wait a further 15 weeks to receive the item, I got a refund. Unbelievable.”
