“The delivery was a bit of a nightmare first it was a day late with no contact as to why until I emailed unfortunately you hadn't be informed that je hadn't delivered it but then when it did come it was on a pallet that the delivery driver was going to leave on my drive even when I informed him I lived alone anyway I got scissors and he carried it through for me and got me to sign the delivery receipt it was only the next day after my brother came to move it to the garage for me that we noticed the signs saying that the delivery driver had to give you 15mins to inspect it before I signed as it couldn't be fixed after so I wasn't impressed with that to say the least”
