HI Chris That's because when you ordered it online the website showed a Manufacturing delay of 6+ weeks. Please revise your review when the product arrives and you have had the chance to review it in detail. Regards Richard

“washers and olives and o rings missing from box. i did contact sinks-taps and they were not interested at all !!! would not reccomend to any one . I contacted your company the same day i received the parcel via a phone call to explain parts were missing ,, they were not interested and told me to contact the manufacturer ,,, hard good service is it”
