“Contacted Simply Lending and the mortgage was sorted with a high street lender in less than 2 weeks! Straight forward application, I provided statements, wage slips and benefits payments to their portal with help from Curtis, he made sure we had all the info needed for the application. Our account was then passed to Ria who dealt direct with the lender and she updated us on progress daily. Origionally we was with another broker (L&C) and they messed us about for 4 months! If you have any form of benefits or like me get paid fortnightly and work shifts so your wage slip isnt a set value then just go straight to Simply Lending as they know how to help you.”
