“After trial and error with brands and types I have found that I work best on low dose for anxiety. I'm very sensitive to it. Whilst they all work to a degree I have found them to be stimulating for the first hour or so after taking. Like a strong coffee. Liquid Gold doesn't have that effect. In fact if anything it can be ever so slightly sleep inducing. I have now settled on Light for mornings. And Gold for evenings. And it's going well”
