“Very good painkiller for lower back pain. The pain is intermittent which is why I like to buy my oil as and when I need it rather than on regular basis. It helps the pain to lessen so I can sleep so that's a bonus. Less pain and more sleep. Simply thank you or is it thank you simply?”

Regarding the strengths of the CBD oil as a starter oil we always suggest starting with the green oil as its lower in strength and many individuals do not necessarily need to go onto higher strengths. Starting with a lower strength product also gives you more understanding and capability to increase down the line if necessary.
