“I'm an insomniac, painsomniac and mum of an 18m old boy that sleeps with his head on my chest most nights. So have to get sleep when I can, without these I struggle. Prescribed meds for sleeping doesn't work well for me either and these work 100% of the time. Few drops under the tongue at night, leave for a few mins, swill down with a drink and off to the land of nod in half an hour or so.”

“I'm now taking this alongside CBD Gold. I take three drops at bedtime. It really seems to help me sleep. Still wake up in the night, but I'm able to get back to sleep again.”
