“Tasty and I look forward to one first thing every morning! However, they are so soft that they disintegrate too easily. Would prefer them to be a harder consistency of fruit gum so they last longer or even as a chewing gum alternative too maybe?”

“Tasty, fruity and sugary little pastilles but certainly not gums, as they are a little too soft and very quickly melt in the mouth. In fact, they melt just as quickly as swallowing a capsule but stay in the mouth less time than the oil drops, though are much tastier (bit with unhealthy sugar)! I would love these to be more ‘gummy’ texture and less sugary. I haven’t really noticed any difference in my arthritic knee or occasional chesty wheeze or sometimes breathlessness to date yet and have been taking the oils drops and/or ‘gummmies’ (soft pastilles) for a year and a half now. The effects in my health aren’t really noticeable but as with natural arnica gel on my knee, I don’t notice that it’s working until I stop using it! Hopefully the same applies to Gummies and the oil drops, which I have in most strengths. We’ll see?! I have just received a delivery of more gummies and the new capsules but haven’t tried the capsules yet.”
