In 2020 Green Magic celebrates its 25th Birthday. Their Sign-Holders.co.uk online shop was established in 2007. Many years of experience are therefore at customers' disposal.

“Expected a clear A4 frame did not expect to see recycle image and other image not to forget the patient number visible to the side while i display my A4 image. Clearly no need for these to be visible from the front, really disappointed. All these numbers and images on the front just appears like cracks even although the product is described as clearview. Not suitable for putting inside my wooden up rights in my jewellery window. Please notice they charge 10% restocking charge plus you have cost of returning them also. Had the patient code on the side and recycle image been on the back the side and not visible the product would have been fantastic”

The mandatory recyclable symbol and patent number has to go on the edge of the product (embossed in tiny letters in the clear polycarbonate) because the product is often used double-sided. This is not a defect and hasn't been mentioned previously in many years of selling this item. The 3 units can be returned if they do not suit your requirements.

“It took a while to work out how to open it and I am not sure how easy it would be to swap over display materials once the case is put in place (but maybe the idea with this product is not to keep changing or updating the display).”

Thank you for your valuable product feedback. We have re-evaluated this product and discovered it is much easier to open and closed once fixed upon a wall. We shall update our website information to reflect this.
