In 2020 Green Magic celebrates its 25th Birthday. Their Sign-Holders.co.uk online shop was established in 2007. Many years of experience are therefore at customers' disposal.

Over the past 25 years the business has grown to encompass display solutions for many sectors including retail, education, healthcare and hospitality.
Customers include hundreds of colleges and universities, major hotels and leisure groups as well as retailers ranging from High Street stores to garden centres (which is where it all began).

The business operates from 3 modern warehouse units on a business park in rural Hampshire supplying businesses of all sizes as well as private individuals.

Green Magic Co is family owned and run, with 3 generations actively involved in the day-to-day management of the business.

As an online business with secure bricks and mortar foundations the company remains committed to its customers, with new product launches and more innovative products in the pipeline.

Exactly as described and was dispatched extremely quickly. What a shame that Sign-Holders use Parcel Force to do their deliveries. I wasn't in when delivery was attempted and although I was notified of this via the Parcel Force app, it told me that instructions would be left on a card. What a shame that the delivery driver just couldn't be bothered to fill in a card (for the second time that week!). I called Parcel Force and arranged redelivery for the following day, but that didn't happen either. Reason? The driver had dumped it at a local post office. I eventually found it by driving around town and visiting likely post offices. Luckily, one of the offices I visited remembered my name and said he had it. That's when I discovered that the same office had the other parcel that I didn't even know about! Businesses really shouldn't be using Parcel Force anymore. They are a failing company and are unreliable and couldn't care less. Try using DPD or Yodel!

I am sorry to hear about your issues with ParcelForce, this is extremely disappointing to hear that they have let you down delivering your order. For smaller items we do ship via DPD however, our larger items are unable to go on this courier. The problem seems to be that the packaging is not strong enough to survive Parcelforce delivery and heavy weights being dropped on top of it. I'm sure the frame is great but not if it's bent before it reaches its destination
