Good product with both GPS and shottracking, unfortunatly it misses to many shots and putts (putts when you putt direct after another putt)

Good idea and sometimes the watch works well, but for the most part it glitches too much. Changes screens, missed shots. I’m just not that impressed

The stat tracking has remained fantastic from previous versions with some great upgrades like the green view and pin location adjustments. The touchscreen is nice but I prefer the use of buttons especially when sunscreen comes into play. Rotating the crown button is more cumbersome than just pushing a button when close to your wrist. This is a minor detail though. Updates that include easier access to adding penalties and club distances during the round show ShotScope's focus on player input. Their customer service has remained top notch. The only issue I have had was the watch thinking that the crown button was being held down when it was not; I am not sure if something was stuck or if moisture came into play as this only happened during warmer weather rounds.

Accurate and easy to use. The shot tracking is great. Definitely makes club selection easier and it is nice to see the analytics after each round.

Great watch for golf easy to use I get the odd club not being read but it's great connects pretty quick the only downside is the battery life don't think you would get 2 rounds of golf from it so has to be fully charged after each round

This is a very good tracker GPS watch let down by some irritating design /software faults. The fact that the on/off bezel allows the watch to be inadvertently switched on with the slightest pressure against it means that it can have no battery left when you want to use it. Switching between functions is also slightly cumbersome by swiping on a small face surface. Otherwise the tracker and gos function of this product is very good. Improvements are being made but perhaps should have been ironed out before it hit the market.

I upgraded from the previous version (V3), and the upgrade was well worth it. The X5 band is easier to manipulate and the watch has a few more features. The V3 and X5 have changed my game, allowing me to take a solid 8-10 strokes off my game with over the last couple of years (from a low 90s to a regular low 80s, and have flirted with par on a few occasions this year). Upsides: yardages obviously, distances to hazards, actionable reporting on my stats (based on data, not feelings). I’ve become quite a data nerd around the stats and it’s paid dividends. The tags work well as I rarely have a missed swing due to the watch not picking up the tag. Additionally I love the reminder to confirm the score as I walk away from the hole. It doesn’t happen often, but it’s great that there’s a double check in the event that you forget. Downsides: sometimes the glare on the watch face makes it hard to read. Additionally, when I bend my wrist (typically when I’m waiting to fee off, and holding my driver in front of me, when I have a glove on, occasionally the buttons get pushed by accident). Luckily there’s a “are you sure” feature that ensures you don’t screw up. All in all, one of the best golf training aids I have ever purchased. It has made concrete, verifiable improvements to my game.

The watch gets better all the time. This newer version misses very few shots and if it does, it’s very easy to correct. The new scoring part helps in finding where those holes are in miss shots, which is a big improvement overall. Liking the new update and if I do have a problem, Customer Service is second to none; just behind Apple. Keep the updates coming my only suggestion would be make penalties easier to get to.
