“Good and useful, but a little short on battery capacity. Mostly sufficient for 18, after that only 35% left. The firmware updates are very helpful, should be installed as soon as they are released! Allegedly a course layout should be implemented with one of the next updates... let's wait and see.”

“I gave my wife my V3, which I was very happy with, when I upgraded to the X5. Initially the X5 was a bit flaky but after the first software update and a couple of hard restarts it has been working wonderfully since. The GPS locks in a short time, the real time scoring is very accurate and I now need to make very few changes when signing off each round. As a beginner golfer I have made full use of the Shot Scope statistics and honestly think this has improved my game. For me the X5, and the earlier V3, have been excellent products and I really love the fact that there are no subscription payments. I will continue to use the statistics and with the help of Shot Scope continue to improve my golf.”

“Firmware updates have improved the accuracy of the shot tracking as well as battery life. Also, like the reconciliation requirement between the shot tracking and the user input score.”

“This is my second watch after using the X3 for a while. Easy to use and gives great stats you can use when home to analyse your game. If i have had a problem with either of the watches the service from the team has been excellent.”

“s mHad this watch since it first came out, initially there were a lot of faults but shotscope have carried out quite a few improvements to the software which have resulted in the watch improving considerably. The only thing that still annoys me now are the buttons on the side which get caught when playing. It's a shame they can't increase the time that they have to be held in, which may solve this problem.”
