“The concept is good. The execution and function is worthless. The touchscreen on the watch locks in less then a second, so it is impossible to scroll through the screens to look at gps data or edit a score. The tracking is a joke. In the first round used, it tracked only a single tee shot from the correct tee box. 10 of them were off by more than 50 yards. Every other shot was off target by more than 15 yards. On 7 holes it showed my putts as being off the green and showed the flag also off the green. I’ve sent an email requesting a return, and it has been ignored. So, save yourself some frustration and if you really have $250 you want to get rid of, just donate it to a local charity. Don’t give it to this company.”

“I was offered the X5 as an upgraded replacement for my V3. Nicer looking watch with great functionality. Am looking forward to keeping a track of my performance using the club tags.”

“I haven't had it long and have not learned all of its features yet. I have used the metrics tags before with my H5 and if the new tags are better than I expect them to be great. I am hoping there is a way to turn off the screen lock as that is the only real peave. Screen is bright and clear dx is available for all the hazards, greens FMB and lay ups. I will personally be switching to a breathable watchband but the one provided has many slots for adjustment and can be made snug without being tight. I made the right choice with this smart watch.”

“Watch works great, the add on features such as short cuts are welcome, my only annoyance is the sesitivity of the Power button. I shut off the watch put it away in my bag and later find it on with the power depleted. The slightest depression of the Power button while in the golf bag pocket reactivates the watch, there should be a time lapse or # of rapid successive depression prior to activation to avoid this from appening.”

“I always have to hope and pray that the watch is going to work. Meaning it will connect to GPS flawlessly. The watch does not disconnect when I'm in the middle of a good game.”

“I like this watch, it looks nice, performs pretty well and has got better with time due to updates, but it is not without fault. I do trust shot scope as a company and they are rolling out new functionality and fixes, so things are improving all the time. The app, and club tag functionality are excellent and I’ve always found the support team very prompt and helpful.”
