“I bought a demo model of the Pro L2 Laser rangefinder. Shipping was fast, rangefinder, not so good. I took it in the back and was able to focus the eye piece quickly. Shot a tree in my backyard from 27 yards. Perfect. Tried to shoot my shed, not so great. It would not give me a distance, only some dashes in the eyepiece. I figured maybe because it was getting a little dark. Next morning tried the same thing. Shot the tree at 27 yards, shed, nothing. It's a 14' X 20' shed, at 30 yards! Nothing but dashes. I use a ShotScope V5 and love it. I like to shoot trees on the corners of doglegs, and distances on par 3's and inside 100 yards when I have a wedge in my hand. Don't need slope, just a basic rangefinder. This just didn't work for me. I bought another Bushnell V3, and it works perfectly for what I need. I just need to keep it out of the pond!”
