“Looked great when received. Followed instructions. Charged in late afternoon. Next morning at course no battery. Next time charged battery in morning. At course, watch insisted that first hole was a par 5. It's a par 4. Par 5 first hole some distance away. No matter the buttons pushed, watch insists it's a par 5. Took it to another course. At a par 3 distance shown was actually 40 yards too short. Sent notice to company and got a prompt response, a one page list of things I need to do to reset the factory settings. I bought a watch not an IT experience. No response as to how the factory settings would solve the battery problem. New product on market and a reset is needed? Why didn't QC check the watch prior to shipping? Six Sigma certification not in their near future. Not much for golf but it is a fine paperweight.”

“Some things work well, distance from hazards, shot planning But the watch switches holes, doesn't advance holes. It's frustrating, I spend alot of trouble trying to get the watch to do what I need into do. I quit wearing it a few weeks later.”
