“I used the old formula for this shampoo for years to keep my psoriasis at bay and It worked perfectly. I tried this new and it made my skin feel tight and irritated. The skin on my face also feels dry and tight after using this shampoo. Will not be using again.”

“I’ve been using Sea Majic Products for many years. I switched from Johnson’s Baby Shampoo and Baby Soap, which l’d used all my life, as they were both causing itching. Then after a Consultation , in Holland and Barrett, Sea Majic was suggested. I’ve never looked back. Highly Recommended.”

“I don’t think that customers are willing to sacrifice quality in the name of sustainability. Give us the old formula back please, this new one is by far inferior.”

“I can only agree with the others here who were using the Dead Sea Spa Magik Mineral Shampoo, that has now been replaced by a new formula. You say the active ingredients are the same, but my experience is that the result is definately not. I was very happy with the previous formula, that helped a lot with my psoriasis. But this one is useless. I really hope you go back to the old formula.”

Hi Sam, Thank you for your review. I will forward this to our product development manager. The new formulation has the same active ingredients Dead Sea minerals, Panthenol and Salicylic Acid, but with added organic seaweed extracts to support hair health and strength and a change to Piroctone Olamine for the anti-dandruff/anti-fungal active. The bottle is now sustainable plastic made from sugar cane, a bi-product of the sugar industry that has a carbon negative impact on the planet. We still have some way to go in terms of sustainability, but these are important first steps.
