“The first time I used these in the bath I fell asleep - just half a cupful sent me into total relaxation! All my tension went away and I found myself in dreamland! A 20 min sleep I mean soak ...Is all that is needed to feel the benefits of these salts .. My skin is really sore and dry most of the time -but after having daily baths using Magnesium Flakes my skin has not cracked as much ...Since using I have found that my sleep has been undisturbed - I have slept like a baby!
