“Lovely in a bath or a foot spa. When I sprinkled these in my bath, I could feel my skin instantly become smoother. These soothe and smooth. A great way to get magnesium (which our body needs) into our bodies, as it absorbs through the skin. Magnesium can help with sleep, pms, lowers blood pressure and much more. I only wish I'd known about the benefits of magnesium when I was younger as I'd have bought these years ago if I'd have known!”

“These flakes are literally Magik! They have helped soothe my skin flare ups and also I feel like my circulation has improved since using these salts. The body needs magnesium to function and I feel since I have been having a magnesium soak twice a week it's really helped with body cramps and even my pms! It also soothes my body and help alleviate anxiety and stress! Light a few candles and let the flakes do the work! Amazing product!”
