“I first used the Seaweed Spa shampoo and Scalp Mud when I was a guest at Ragdale Hall and couldn’t believe the difference they made to my hair. I’ve been checking the Sea Magik website since my return but the Scalp Mud never seems to be in stock, so when I saw the Duo Pack available recently I was delighted! Please carry on stocking these great products.”

“Not enough product for the money. The shampoo is fine and lasts a decent amount of time; it doesn’t irritate my scalp but I still have flakes after washing, so not the best. The scalp mud is better but pales in comparison to the Heavenly Hydration scalp mud it replaced. The reason for the 2 stars is because the scalp mud only lasted two washes before the bottle was completely empty. It might work for someone with thin or short hair, but definitely not thicker, mid length or longer. The scalp mud alone is £12.99 for a 150ml bottle which is an outrageous price for such little product; especially when the Heavenly Hydration (a far superior product) was £21.90 for 400ml… so about £8.20 for 150ml. Seems like a massive rip off for a lower quality product which warrants less effective results. Cannot justify repurchasing.”

Hi Chelsea, Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us. The Scalp Mud is a more fluid solution than the previous Heavenly Hydration so it should really go further, we estimate 10-15 applications a bottle. With the flakes you mention, have you tried the Pink Salt Shampoo? It may work better to really exfoliate your scalp and remove the dead skin cells etc that build up. Additionally, perhaps you could try the ink Salt conditioniser as this will hydrate your scalp. “Amazing product has nice fragrance, mud mask packaging comes sealed not the shampoo I give 4 stars for shampoo 5 stars for the mud hair mask, mud product makes your hair soft smooth, and all conditioned.”

“I have just started using the Duo and absolutely love it, the scent is divine and makes washing your hair a lovely Spa experience! The scalp mud can be used as a conditioner too wich is great and my hair feel soft and smooth after washing. Love that it's vegan and sulphate free too!”

“I absolutely loved this shampoo! The pink salt was always one of my favourites so I was apprehensive if this would be as good. It's incredible! My hair felt like it had been to the salon. Smelt incredible and my very old highlights (thanks covid!) made it look like I had them redone after I had used it. Game changer for me! This is definitely my new go to shampoo!”
