“I can't review the product because it hasn't arrived - well over a week after it was ordered and despite paying £3 postage costs. Customer services haven't replied to my email. I used to get this product from Amazon but they don't stock it now so I was happy to support a 'family business' directly. Looks like this was a mistake”

“I placed the order with two Delicate Boosting Masks. I have sensitive skin and always using this mask. I received the order, opened it and found out that both tubs are broken.Both tubs on one side have the damage (cut) and mask which is inside is coming out from the cut.i wrote the email to support team with the pictures twice and nobody repaid to me. I am very disappointed from all of these.”

“I’ve been using this mask for about 8 years so thought it’s about time I leave a review! I’m 42, have sensitive combo skin & in to anti-aging and good skincare. I use this apx once a wk as part of a facial after the mild exfoliant, but it’s also my go to solution whenever my skin is struggling during winter or it needs a boost. It moisturises and calms really well when everything else is failing (lip balms, moisturisers etc) & doesn’t cause breakouts. A must if you’re a skier! I always make sure I’m never out of it so v happy to see there’s a travel size too.”

There have been some changes in sending to Europe which is causing this to happen on occasion, but we will refund you the fees on to your original method of payment.
