“One of the best face masks ever!! Better than all the expensive ones and i swear this helps even your skin tone too! Instantly helps skin look brighter and more clear and soft! You have to get the consistency right in order for this to work! That's a must! I hope they never discontinue this as its amazing for sensitive skin and actually works!!! Waiting for it to be back in stock!”

“Disappointed. It set so quickly that even though I followed the instructions I only managed to get half on my face, having used it ‘immediately’, so parts of my face didn’t get any! The think bits around the edge dried too much and I had to scrape and scratch it off, understanding I couldn’t use warm water and a flannel to get it off, but eventually did, which was so much more pleasant. Yes getting it on the tiniest bit of hair is ouchy to get out. It wasn’t the relaxing and enjoyable experience I had expected. I think you should say ‘Apply immediately and quickly’ and suggest mixing half up at a time so can do in 2 batches so had time to cover the whole of one’s face! I note you only have people with 5 stars up… I’m surely not the only person to have had an experience like this?!”

Hi Selena, thank you for your feedback. We will pass this on to our Product Development manager. We are sorry to hear you haven't enjoyed your experience. The peel-off masks are a unique product, and sometimes if a little too much liquid is used it can make the mask a little harder to use. For the normal residue left on the skin, we suggest a warm cloth held in place will easily loosen and remove.

“(Re-submit because I forgot to actually rate it the first time around!) I discovered this mask in a Holland & Barrett on my trip to London at the beginning of the year and absolutely loved it! My skin is really sensitive, and most other face mask brands I've tried leave it feeling tense and stinging, no matter how gentle they promise to be. This one however felt great all around! It had a gentle cooling effect while it was on, and my skin felt great afterwards: soft and moisturized! The application was a bit more of a hassle than with other face masks, but in my opinion it's worth it. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the brand once I was back home in Germany, but I just couldn't get how great it felt out of my head. Finally I found it again by searching through the H&B online shop. ;) Just ordered a whole bunch via this website! Definitely recommend giving this one a try!”

“Have been using this facemask for about 15 years, it is amazing! It clears up my skin, moisturisers and hydrates my skin! You really notice the difference after even one mask, I always give it to people as presents and they love it too. Top tip, mix with hot/warm water it opens the pores and gives a deeper treatment when applied! Highly recommend this facemask for all skin types.”

“This mask leave your skin amazingly soft and purified. Easy to apply with the spatula and super easy to take off: just wait 10 minutes and it will become rubbery and just pull off your skin and that's it! I recommend this wonderful product to all ladies out there who want a beautiful skin in no time.”
