“This wiper blade kit did not in fact fit my 2019 Giulia Speciale as none of the supplied adapters would hook over the vehicle’s standard arms.
I contacted Shop4parts immediately and explained the problem and asked if they could supply adapter “D”, as well as sending multiple photos of the issue.
They were unable to help so asked me to return the product for full refund which I did.
I had to email them to remind them that the refund was still outstanding and that the product had been received by them 7 days earlier.
I also asked for the £12 Parcel Force return cost as the length of the package (original) was too long for Royal Mail- this additional postage cost refund has been denied- only the original fee was refunded.
Be very wary that although the website lists products for specific vehicle applications, these are not always correct and the consumer is left with the return postage costs even though this may be half the cost of the actual product- and with no recourse for refunds!”
