“Thought this would be a good idea, but the reusable package turns up with the shorts packaged INSIDE a brown paper envelope. If I wanted to return the shorts, surely I could just reuse the brown paper envelope and tape it up? So this just ends up being extra packaging. Would make more sense if Riz sent the shorts in this packaging itself, then if I sent it back they could use it again.”
Hi David, thanks very much for the feedback. You are 100% correct you were supposed to have received the shorts in the REPACK reusable packaging alone. The idea being that you just pop the packaging in a post box and it is returned to our supplier to be re-used.
This was an error on our part and I apologise. Thanks again for bringing this to our intention.
