“I love that you can do many thins with it, from a tiny linux computer, to a wireless monitoring system for your garden(sensors needed here). “I have been experimenting a lot during the last few years with RPIs and similar ARM based computers to create a hassle free high quality audio player. I ended after a couple of turns with a Squeezebox player based on the PiCorePlayer images. It starts relatively fast and runs entirely from RAM. You can just shut if off, no need to shutdown And it supports I2S based DACs like Hifiberry out of the box providing superior sound quality.
